IS Services Alerts - Staff Email - FOSE SPAM Quarantine Service - Issue Marking Email as 'Not Junk'

There is an issue at present whereby staff using the FOSE SPAM Quarantine service may not correctly receive email they mark as 'Not Junk' in their SPAM Quarantine folder. The work-around at present is to use the 'Move to Inbox' command in order to move 'false positive' emails from the SPAM Quarantine to your email Inbox. IS Services are working with FOSE to resolve this issue.
