TCDconnect - Network Clinics & timetable

Those having difficulty connecting to the TCDconnect service are requested to book into and attend a TCDconnect network clinic. Please see the timetable, location and online booking information below.

As the main clinic location in 199 Pearse Street is not accessible, students with accessibility requirements may arrange for an appointment with a Network Access Advisor in an alternative accessible location. Please call in person or email the IS Services Helpdesk to arrange this.

If you wish to attend a network clinic please see the location and timetable information below to determine where and when might suit you. Then please proceed to book a place via the button below.

On Campus Location: 199 Pearse Street

See the map for the 199 Pearse St location and follow the relevant TCDconnect Network Clinic signs directing you to the clinic room. To gain access you need to place your College ID card against the card reader to the right of the door, then the door latch will be released to provide access.

Timetable for 199 Pearse Street

Off Campus Location: Dartry Hall, Oldham House, Library Room

Please note the clinics for Dartry residents are only held at the busiest times of the year. If there are no scheduled Dartry clinics please book into one of the on-campus clinics, as advertised above.
